Electrical phenomena of various frequencies are inseparably connected with all living cells. Changes in activity are always associated with electrical changes. It's a reversible relationship: living matter generates electrical current and can be affected by electrical current.

All living things express in vibrations of light quanta frequencies and wavelengths. These frequencies and wavelengths create vibrating fields which transverse the planet affecting all living things. Energy fields affect and are affected by other vibrating fields. We are affected by what’s happening at home, in the neighborhood and around the world.

Effective stress reduction therapy is designed to maintain the flow of energy throughout the nervous system. This energy has been known by many names such as qi, che, prana and the-force. Technologies such as cell phone towers, HAARP radio-frequency installations and electro-magnetic pulse devices (EMP) as found at Sandia Labs in NM have profound effects on consciousness and health. Communities should ban the erection of cell phone towers and consider removing as many as possible. They can be hooked up with HAARP to pulse brain altering frequencies should the government so desire.

Exercises:
